Fantastic service from start to finish

Chantelle was fantastic! She listened to our circumstances, and came up with possible mortgage options. Once she had all our paper work she was able to find us a mortgage to suit our requirements. We originally tried through L&C and felt it was too much trouble and complication for the advisor who said there is no point and to wait another year. Where as Better gave us a 5 star service from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother and it was also a sleek handover to Ellie who was great keeping us on track till the mortgage was offered. Thank you girls and thank you to Better. 100% will use again and refer to friends and family. Reviewed on: 11th May 2024

Excellent customer-centric service

After switching brokers I realised what I was missing. Jamie was informative, knowledgeable and polite. He gave me practical options and was patient in hearing my concerns and plans to come up with the best option, which I believe I received. 2 months later he sent a mail confirming that I was still on the best option based on my objectives. Informative, helpful, and fee-free!

I've found Better to be so helpful with arranging my first mortgage. They are quick to respond, and are happy to answer all my questions - and there are a lot, being new to the home buying process! I appreciate that there is no fee to use their services - I initially was working with a private broker who would charge a substantial fee for arranging a mortgage so I was amazed to receive a better service from Better for free.
