Overall great experience it was quick from the application process to approval. I did have on going technical issues with my portal though which where... I did have on going technical issues with my portal though which where never resolved which meant I had to chase for email updates instead. The technical architecture for the account creation clear needs to be reviewed as I was chase by emails to go through the mortgage survey again which then created me another account (all linked to the same details) which meant I couldn’t access my updates but continued to get emails telling me to check my portal for updates.
