Excellent customer-centric service

After switching brokers I realised what I was missing. Jamie was informative, knowledgeable and polite. He gave me practical options and was patient in hearing my concerns and plans to come up with the best option, which I believe I received. 2 months later he sent a mail confirming that I was still on the best option based on my objectives.
