Absolutely outstanding experience. From the very first contact, Paolo was super helpful and responsive and kept us fully up to date with the options available. Incredibly impressed with the no-nonsense and straight-forward approach and Paolo took the time to understand what we were looking for in our re-mortgage. Once we'd received a recommendation on the most suitable deal, we quickly got an AIP and a full offer followed through in a little over 24 hours... Kate has been superb in follow-up and the speed at which this has progressed has been incredible. Compared to every prior experience of this type, this has been superb.
