Overall great experience it was quick from the application process to approval. I did have on going technical issues with my portal though which where never resolved which meant I had to chase for email updates instead. The technical architecture for the account creation clear needs to be reviewed as I was chase by emails to go through the mortgage survey again which then created me another account (all linked to the same details) which meant I couldn’t access my updates but continued to get emails telling me to check my portal for updates. I raised this serval times and it was never resolved. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

The whole process was seamless, outstanding in fact - quick responses and kept informed at all times. Honestly, the whole process was so simple and stress free. They kept everything clear with great communication, sent regular email updates so I always knew what was happening, they found me the best rate and even swapped half way through when the intrest rate lowered.... I couldn’t recommend them more. If anyone’s ever thinking about switching or needs mortgage advice, definitely check them out. Reviewed on: 1st May 2025
