Very proactive and helpful.

Very proactive and helpful. Have experienced and capable staff. The only down side is things did get a little delayed with hand overs between staff, and they have been contacting me too early for a mortgage renewal due to their systems not being updated correctly with a remortgage I did with them after the initial mortgage. Jamie made the whole process of remortgaging to move...

Jamie made the whole process of remortgaging to move house extremely simple and stress free,he was competent, knowledgeable and able to explain the benefits of different mortgages in a way that made it easy to understand. Christine kept me well informed of the progress of the mortgage in a timely and professional way. The company have done 2 remortgages for me now and at every stage of the mortgages they have made it extremely easy for me and stress free, it has been a smooth process and the mortgages I have had turned out to be excellent choices with hindsight. I couldn't recommend this company high enough the professionalism from start to finish is efficient, friendly and highly competent.
