Informative, helpful, and fee-free!

I've found Better to be so helpful with arranging my first mortgage. They are quick to respond, and are happy to answer all my questions - and there are a lot, being new to the home buying process! I appreciate that there is no fee to use their services - I initially was working with a private broker who would charge a substantial fee for arranging a mortgage so I was amazed to receive a better service from Better for free. They have kept me informed at every stage and helped me explore different options to suit my situation. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024

They really try hard to explore options for you and get back to your queries quickly. My contract is quite awkward as an agency worker but Priyanka managed to find a lender who would accept most of the income as basic pay (although they didn't accept the full income). Reviewed on: 4th May 2024

Amazing collaboration

I’ve always had a very good experience when trying to use better to find my next mortgage. I have used them twice now to find my next mortgage. They have always been very efficient in finding me my next product. If I was to have any questions they would provide a response as soon as possible. The experience that they have a 2nd to none.
