Provide Information to make informed decision

Generally get the information requested and provide the ability to make comparisons between products. It is only not getting excellent because they didn’t come back to me regarding potential to change rates. Even if it was a case of saying nothing better on the market, I would have been reassured, I wasn’t simply forgotten. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

I got in touch with better when I was buying my firs...

I got in touch with better when I was buying my first house they were very helpful especially as I didn’t have a clue where to start and I got a 2 year fixed rate, as this recently came to an end again I got in touch with better. I cannot say a bad word about them all the people I have spoken to have been very nice and helped if I didn’t understand something. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Better. Got me a good deal

Better.co.uk found me a much better mortgage deal than I was on. My remortgage process was somewhat complicated, and there were times when it wasn’t clear who was doing what (between Better, the mortgage company, and their lawyers). However, I think a lot of that was out of Better’s hands. Their agents were very friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
