I have found that the Club is very helpful when deal...

I have found that the Club is very helpful when dealing with booking sites to getting insured. We take getting insurance for the caravan very seriously we have worked hard to get what we wanted, we are on new for old cover and discuss the value of a new van to ensure we get full value if the inevitable happens, I’m glad to say we have never made a claim but we are sure that the Club will be behind us if required. There when you need them

Having had two significant claims over 50 years, both handled honestly and considerately, I would only ever utilise either of the two big clubs for my caravan insurance. Not the cheapest but imho the best. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

Stolen caravan experience

When my 2 year old caravan was stolen around 17 years ago, I was glad that I had excellent cover through the club. The process was easy, and staff extremely helpful, and the new for old policy gave me great peace of mind as well as a lovely new caravan. I have had the same level of cover for all of my caravans ever since and wouldn't change that. Hopefully I will never need to make another claim but my personal experience reassures me that the club will be always there for me should I need it. Excellent trouble free service

Unfortunately had to claim for my fault damage to our caravan. They were sympathetic and helpful and made the whole process simple and stress free. Customer service was second to none. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 19th July 2024
