Dont make a mistake when making a claim

don’t make a mistake when claiming Everything was good until I tried to make a claim. Cedar was going to pay my claim and during the process of filling out bank details two of the numbers of the bank account transposed the wrong way around and the money due was paid into the wrong account. Despite telling them almost straight away they had a very poor attempt of claiming the money back so I never received my money and someone else took my money. What’s frustrating is there is no checks so if you make a mistake it’s your fault and nothing they can do as they won’t pay a claim twice. Not happy as it was a lot of money. Excellent Travel Insurance provider

I have had family travel insurance with cedar tree for 2 years now. Excellent cover at a very competitive price. I have called their team on 2-3 occasions due to queries I had with policy cover for my 18 year old and they were very helpful and responsive . Easy to get through to. Quick and easy even for those with pre existing mediacl conditions

Buying insurance with cedar tree was so quick and easy. This can be a tiresome process particularly if you have pre existing medical conditions, but everything was really clear through the whole process. Best value travel insurance for the Maldives

It's so simple

Choosing and buying insurance is a mind-field, Getting the right amount of cover is paramount. That being said, Cedar Tree are an exception. From start to finish it was as simple as 1,2,3.
