Good rate - mechanics could be better

The website is a bit clunky. I don’t like having to log on using a really non-memorable long number, rather than my email address or a username I choose myself. There doesn’t appear to be an app, which I use for all my other banks and prefer. I don’t understand why withdrawals don’t arrive until the next business day - withdrawals from competitors occur very quickly with Faster Payments. Great all rounder

Very competitive interest rate and good online security with 2 factor authentication. Customer sevice by email was very good but it may slightly exceed the aim of a 3 business day response. Haven't tried customer service by phone which I'm sure it would be quicker. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025

Great savings product

Very easy to set up, good user interface, and a great balance between and competitive rate and flexibility to withdraw money whenever needed. It was the best product for my needs. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
