Amazing Savings Product via Functional, Easy to Use App, Great Customer Service too!

I have recommended many family and friends to use Chip and have taken up any advancements Chip have made such as Chip +1 and love the app, how it works, how easy it is to save and how straightforward the processes are. Beautifully designed app with great products

A beautifully designed app that is easy to use with great saving and investment products. Market-leading Cash ISA, interesting funds for their Stocks & Shares ISA and an innovative Prize Savings Account. Excellent customer service. On the very rare occasion that the app has experienced technical issues, they were on it straight away and were honest about what had happened, sending through a detailed report. Can’t talk to them, customer service is awful

Tried contacting Chip but they have no telephone number, and only a web chat through the app. It’s not a real tine web chat as it takes a day for them to respond, so it’s impossible to have a coherent conversation with them especially if the response I get 1 day later is a scripted response not relevant to the issue I had.
