Is unbelievable the service provider… Is unbelievable the service provider this order number 400289570573 with jd sport I never received the item they told me to with jd sport but send lot late fee tray to take money to my account so... I decide to don't pay a penny before I speak with someone I sent around 40 email they answer the same Ticket number your I've noticed that you have a couple of open queries with us. To make it easier, I will be closing this enquiry and we will be responding to your enquiry # 16590853. You have given a resolution and explanation from the previous ticket regarding your claim. Fraudulent practices!

It seems Clearpay manipulates reviews! Reporting them to Trading Standards and The Financial Ombudsman! Tried to open an account and was told I had an account 5 years ago and an outstanding balance of 49£, 22! Emails with them, hours of messaging back and forth and trying to sort this and repay the debt I didn’t know I had with them, being made to believe I can then use their services again. But low and behold, once I paid this, I got a message saying they will NEVER offer me their services again! Imagine the cheek! Their fraudulent tactics to get me to pay will absolutely be reported! Absolutely rubbish company.

Absolutely rubbish company. Admittedly I was late paying my balance but cleared it in full under the assumption my services would be restored (in black and white from them on an email). DO NOT BELIEVE THIS RUBBISH!! They will take the money and then close your account for ever! Customer service didn't want to know despite me threatening them with watchdog due to false / misleading information. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

It was very easy to set up an account with ClearPay.

It was very easy to set up an account with ClearPay. They gave me an initial credit limit but as I am a new account, they have only allowed me to place a small amount of orders to begin with. This is a little frustrating but also an indication of how they are at least trying to be responsible with their lending as they do not do credit checks. Overall I have had a good experience with Clearpay so far. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
