Clearpay has an app where you can track your payments and reschedule payment dates. You can also set up a digital Clearpay Card to add to your Apple or Google Wallet.

They can't listen as they have charged me for returned goods and even put my name across as a defaulter. I have emailed them receipts but kept a deaf ear to my pleasure.I would not recommend

Thieves I would sum it up.They don't listen even with hard evidence. Charging me for returned goods even when evidence. I suggest there should be a body that fights for the lower man against the big companies. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

Absolute joke company

I've been with Clear Pay for years, always on top of payments. This month, I requested a simple change in payment date due to a salary shift, and what do they do? Label it as financial hardship, freeze my entire account, even for payments that are up to date! Trying to reach them is a joke – no contact number, and when you message, it's either crickets or automated responses. I never asked for my account to be frozen, and moving a payment doesn't mean I'm broke. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't touch them again and wouldn't recommend. They don't pay refunds

I sent broken item back company sent email confirming they had sent refund to clearpay .But 1 month later I still haven't received refund from clearpay Reviewed on: 12th December 2023

No protection for customers

Clearpay do not have any protection for missing orders, Even when the merchant agrees there is no signed POD and has promised to refund but does not, Clearpay do not want to know, The payment was made in full and I have been left with no goods and no support for a refund. Clearpay really does need to look at their policy as this is a very easy loophole for merchants to take your money and avoid any form of redress. I would advise any customer to think hard before using clearpay before the Christmas rush of people trying to spread their Christmas purchases otherwise there may certainly be a few very unhappy customers at Christmas Reviewed on: 7th November 2023

Life changing

I am on a very limited budget. I like nice things but could not always afford them. Having Clearpay has given me so much freedom and taking away the stress of worrying about Birthdays, Christmas and Homeware products. You must always pay on time and dont go over what you can afford to pay each fortnight. It really has allowed me to have a more fulfilling lifestyle. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Really easy to use!

I find that Clearpay is super easy to use - even easier than paying by card in most cases. Their app is great and really breaks down exactly how much you owe, and when it will be debited from your account, so you can keep on top of your spending. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023
