Comprehensive cover at a fair price.

I use Coast for my Park Home insurance. Amongst the benefits is the fact that they don't have to resort to re-insurance to provide flood cover. The policy is truly comprehensive and good value. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

Clear, helpful service

I needed a quote and they took me through the process with simple to understand steps. They were professional and helpful at the same time - something other companies seem unable to do. Excellent customer service on purchase.

Harry Forster was so helpful and polite when I was contacted by Coast. There was no 'hard sell ' which I really appreciated and I was given time to review the policy before hand. Coast had been recommended to me by other Haven caravan owners and I'm really happy with the policy and the price, saving over £150 as opposed to my previous insurers. Quick, Friendly, Helpful

After asking for a quotation online and receiving a very likeable quote, I telephoned to double check some details and the lady I spoke to was quick to find my details and very polite and helpful with providing me with the full quotation. On phoning back to accept the policy, the other lady I spoke to was equally polite and helpful with my policy emailed to me almost instantly. Reviewed on: 9th September 2017
