I use Coast for Park Home insurance. They're always very efficient and helpful. They provide flood cover without having to use Flood-re, which is a bonus. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

claim rejected

a water leak was discovered under my park home.investigations revealed that the leak was from somewhere under the concrete base and the water meter. rather than dig through the unit and concrete base which would have been a no go,a new pipe was laid and supply re-connected,cost£1098.00. Coast will not pay the claim saying there is no proof as to the cause of the leak. offered no suggestions as to this might be done. Reviewed on: 27th September 2024

Comprehensive cover at a fair price.

I use Coast for my Park Home insurance. Amongst the benefits is the fact that they don't have to resort to re-insurance to provide flood cover. The policy is truly comprehensive and good value. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

Caravan insurance

I asked this company for a caravan insurance quote, and they would not do it, apparently, because I don’t store the caravan at home, or on a compound with more than 10 caravans, they won’t cover me, despite storing the caravan at my business address, indoors, locked up with cameras and site security, meaning it’s much more securely stored than any driveway, I don’t understand that at all. Simply a delight to deal with. I damaged my caravan. Got a quick quote and a few pictures. Spoke to Coast and they sent a Cheque within a few days! Super efficient! Reviewed on: 14th February 2019

Fantastic company

A had my caravan stolen during recovery following a breakdown. I despaired as the circumstances were not in policy. Coast send s lovely adjuster who assist, reassured and have made me a fair offer. They will even attempt to recover uninsured losses on my behalf. Coast are brilliant. Reviewed on: 1st June 2018
