Quick, Friendly, Helpful

After asking for a quotation online and receiving a very likeable quote, I telephoned to double check some details and the lady I spoke to was quick to find my details and very polite and helpful with providing me with the full quotation. On phoning back to accept the policy, the other lady I spoke to was equally polite and helpful with my policy emailed to me almost instantly. Reviewed on: 9th September 2017
