Terrible company to deal with. cant get through on phone unless you stay on hold over an hour. they dont answer emails. charged me £125.00 to cancel 3 week old policy and kept my deposit. real crooks stay clear of them. spend your hard earned money elsewhere Reviewed on: 28th October 2021

The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any enquiry I had, polite and curtious. The only bad thing is I told I was included with breakdown cover with my policy however when I rang up to confirm my policy benefits they told me I did not have the cover. My policy costed me ££££'s for a young driver and I was told at the time of taking out the policy that I had all the extras and benefits. Reviewed on: 8th June 2017

I have been having issues with my car and have been very picky on picking a new one. Kyle Powell has been amazing. He gave me a breakdown via email, explained over the phone and also explained on live chat. He has helped me now pick the car that would suit me best, financially.
