Excellent service

The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any enquiry I had, polite and curtious. The only bad thing is I told I was included with breakdown cover with my policy however when I rang up to confirm my policy benefits they told me I did not have the cover. My policy costed me ££££'s for a young driver and I was told at the time of taking out the policy that I had all the extras and benefits. Reviewed on: 8th June 2017

Outstanding Customer service and communication skills

Well, I was really struggling and having a hard time trying to find an insurance policy for me and my car. I saw you guys listed and thought right let me give them a call and see what happens. A lovely member of staff from your sales team called 'Nick' was of absolutely brilliant help to me, he helped fight to get me a competitive price and also he explained everything to me in detail as well as being patient with me on certain occasions during the phone call. He was very friendly polite and eager to put my satisfaction first. Customer service such as this is priceless! Reviewed on: 1st May 2017
