Great customer experience

As a student, it's nice to be able to choose an insurance providor who prioritises and supports customers at this time of life. Any time I have had to get in touch by phone, the staff have been very pleasant and helpful, and the waiting times haven't been too long either. Reviewed on: 8th September 2021

Fair and Hassel free

Support and help after a car incident in car park

I was very upset after an accident in a car park. Two very aggressive people were angry with me for a minor ding to their car when I was reversing. I stopped swapped information with them, and went home to phone Endsleigh with the news. By the time I called endsleigh I was very emotional and in tears...The staff were very calm and understanding and advised me on the next steps to be taken. Customer comes first

I have got a policy with endsleigh insurance and they have been so helpful, cheapest quote I got and the rest were absolutely ridiculous for a 19 year old to afford, I hadn’t sent my license through and they gave me so much time to do so, very helpful. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
