Amazing support

Nothing is ever too much trouble even when you get embarrassed because you fall back on payments there is so much support to get you back on track the hall lane branch girls are amazing. Reviewed on: 8th May 2025

I've always felt very supported and understood when needing to access funds. The team are real people with life experience if how difficult finances can be with a family and full time job. Always have confidence in knowing I will be heard and helped to the best of the staffs abilities. Reviewed on: 9th May 2025

Great Service!

I have been with the credit union since 2018. I have had serval loans from them over the years and always found staff to be very helpful when discuss and supporting me with loans and repayments. The app is also a great tool to use to keep update with payment and request loans as well as the calculator to work out best option for loans and repayments. Reviewed on: 9th May 2025
