Really helps vulnerable families like mine

It means a lot to a vulnerable family like mine. I’m a carer for my disabled son and partner and whenever we need an item of furniture or doing our sons room up we were able to get a loan off credit union to help us as we don’t get much money as it is as I can’t work due to being a full time carer. Staff always friendly, helpful with all queries and go through things step by step if your having difficulties with anything.whenever I’ve needed a loan it is dealt with quickly and comes into your bank within hours can’t ask for more than that. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Praise for Enterprise

I have been with enterprise for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff in branch and on the phone are always friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
