Super helpful and feel looked after.

From my initial contact with the guys at Towergate Camerasure to adding Public Liability to my policy at a later date it's been super easy and a pleasure to deal with them. Firstly it was great to get a call from a human to run through my needs and set up the policy instead of numerous forms and boxes online and secondly the chap I dealt with, Adam, was super nice and so diligent - I felt looked after, that my business actually mattered to them and that they actually cared that it was right for me and my equipment. Excellent service. Easy to understand the policy as staff explain things very well.

I need various insurance for different things from public liability, camera insurance, gadget insurance, drone insurance to name afew. I find that the questions I asked was answered clearly and if there was anything else they could do. Comprehensive insurance

Makes up for deficiencies in standard travail/house insurance which doesn’t sufficiently cover camera equipment. Didn’t have to claim but were very good with dealing with some complications e.g started policy whilst abroad, a couple of second hand lenses etc. With no issues. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019

Quick and efficient claims

I lost a lens recently and had to claim on my camera insurance with Eversure. The process was very straightforward and I received the offer of as new replacement within 24 hours. I was most appreciative of the service as I had been so distressed to lose the equipment and was able to replace it very quickly.
