Absolutely disgusted with this insurer. I had a lengthy telephone conversation raising many concerns which the staff member seemed to initially understand. They asked me to put them in writing and email them over for them to deal with. I did so, but the staff member then dismissed everything I said, refused to answer it and instead took it upon themselves to foward my entire email thread of conversation including private and confidential information on a sensitive topic and conv... We asked for a commercial insurance from the broker...

We asked for a commercial insurance from the broker but they give us a loan have no idea how this whole process works. As a customer we expect that the process will be easy and straight forward but it’s not so be careful when you try to signup with Gallagher. Ask more questions as they not only give you the insurance they also make a loan under your name. We used insurance for 6 months and they charge us for 7 months. Absolutely the worst company ever. Taking money out of my account when the policy is cancelled.

Terrible customer service

Extended insurance with the Company after being with them for 5 years then realised I was being charged double the going rate. I went to cancel within the 14 day period although I was advised over the phone that there was no cancellation fee I was charged over £200 to leave and my credit rating was threatened if I didn't comply. Terrible customer service and o loyalty to existing customers would avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 8th September 2022

For years my insurance brokers were an independent. they were taken over by Oval and then then by Arthur G Gallagher etc. The persons i dealt with all that time ago continue. Reviewed on: 30th August 2022

Rude and hopeless.

As far as I know I don't do any business with this company but they sent me a cheque in the post. I telephoned them twice. The first time the operator put me through to the person named on the letter. Their automated system then went around in circles until it said "goodbye". The second time, after explaining to the operator what had happened, I was put through to another member of the team. This lady was really upset that I had been put through to her direct line.
