Absolutely the worst company ever. Taking money out of my account when the policy is cancelled.

This company keeps your card and bank details even though you tell them not to. Should be shut down for good. Reviewed on: 10th November 2022

Terrible customer service

Extended insurance with the Company after being with them for 5 years then realised I was being charged double the going rate. I went to cancel within the 14 day period although I was advised over the phone that there was no cancellation fee I was charged over £200 to leave and my credit rating was threatened if I didn't comply. Terrible customer service and o loyalty to existing customers would avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 8th September 2022
