Incompetent beyond belief

Gallagher are the administrators for my Ibstock pension scheme. They have been extremely incompetent throughout the whole process and in particular have provided wholly inaccurate benefit statements. The actual pension paid was over 37% less than the amount quoted? All I've had is an apology and a statement admitting that they have got it wrong and that I will have to accept the lesser amount??
