Absolutely shocking!!!

Don’t use this company unless you like throwing your hard earned cash away!! The first policy was cancelled as they said my sons points weren’t declared....sure we did! Anyway benefit of the doubt, lost £500+. My son is young and and we were finding it hard to get him insured on the car he had bought. ( 21 with a bloody good job so treated himself to high spec car). So got another quote from them checked and double checked all the details, everything above board.....same thing happened!!!! Would like to add that it all went through and he paid his deposit only to lose it again!! Taking this to the financial ombudsman! This company know exactly what they are doing and had now left my son uninsured with a car he can’t drive!!! RAGING!!! Reviewed on: 20th May 2021

I strongly warn against using this company!!!

Again I warn you against the appalling practices of this company, their customer service is absolutely RUDE and useless.... STAY WELL AWAY they practice with NO integrity or care for their customers and how their bad behaviours can detrimentally effect innocent clients!!!!! Avoid like the plague!

Absolute money grabbing *** purchased a new car midway through a policy - new quote was over double what other providers were offering. Then charged us £256 in cancellation fees! AVOID AVOID AVOID Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Avoid!!! Took out a insurance with them 80 pound a month it was, they telephoned be back and said the credit side off it had declined and wanted me to pay 200 a month this was one week later. They kept my 80 pound and wanted a another 75 pound cancellation fee because I couldn't afford 200 pound a month :/ because we had agreed on 80pound a month. Because I felt this was unfair I didn't pay the cancellation fee which they have now added 100 pound on top. Disgusting company!! Reviewed on: 11th January 2021

Appalling Service

Took out insurance with GoSkippy, requested cancellation of the policy by email and 2months later i was hit with a demand for outstanding payments as well as a late payment on my credit file and excuses for not processing the cancellation. I certainly dont recommend their service and will not be using them again. Reviewed on: 21st December 2020

Horrible customer service

Horrible, horrible horrible customer service, they talk over you and argue with you, man I spoke to after I had an accident was so unpleasant it made the whole experience so much worse. Never had a good exchange with them, full of "admin fees" so not worth the cheap price, you'll be paying for it later. Charged me £25 (reduced to £50 due to being in renewal period) for admin fee for change of address. Wouldn't add my partner onto my policy due to being self employed (despite 20 years no claims and no business use). Would NEVER use again, regret having a policy with them. Auto renewed my policy that Ididn’t want Then Tryed to charge me 245 Cancelling after a month Avoid at all costs Will happily take your money but won’t cancel you policy without trying to rip you off Reviewed on: 15th October 2020

Good customer service

fast in taking your money try getting it back

my wife was insured with them and cancelled it on the 27/6/2020 the said they paid the money into my bank account but its been closed since 3/3/2020. but kept saying it saying my bank was wrong they can pay into account when closed. so now 5/08/2020 told them my bank is sending bank statement for all my accounts and a letter saying no money has ever been paid by them in my bank. but they keep refusing to pay the money saying its been paid so they are more likely calling me and the bank lairs in a around about way. they are the worst iv had to ever deal with in my life and am 64 and they still refused to pay the money back . if you pay them money try and get it back you will be lucky am still waiting 7 weeks Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
