fast in taking your money try getting it back

my wife was insured with them and cancelled it on the 27/6/2020 the said they paid the money into my bank account but its been closed since 3/3/2020. but kept saying it saying my bank was wrong they can pay into account when closed. so now 5/08/2020 told them my bank is sending bank statement for all my accounts and a letter saying no money has ever been paid by them in my bank. but they keep refusing to pay the money saying its been paid so they are more likely calling me and...
