Hi Actually been chipped while...

Hi Actually 23rd May, my windscreen chipped while I'm driving in the motorway I raised the claim on 24th I uploaded the relevant document on the GoSkippy My account site and I contacted the national windscreen service and book the appointment to replace my windscreen They gave the date on 3rd June to replace ..But (31st May) I got a message from NATIONAL WINDSCREEN SERVICE state that they didn't get validation from the insurance company so they can't fix it on Monday It really makes me at peace off. Then I made a call to GoSkippy and they transferred the line to Somerset Bridge insurance when I talked with them they said the windscreen insurance which I took does not belong to Somerset insurance. it's a deal with general legal production ltd. When I contacted them they said they don't have any relationship with GoSkippy. I nearly spent 4 hrs on the phone ... Finally no use. I'm really disappointed because of this issue I'm not able to do any of my routine work. Not even drop my kids to the school even I spend for taxi all my routine travels Again When I contact the national windscreen service they clearly said that they weren't able to do anything until they get validation from the insurance company . And they informed me that they sent more mail to GoSkippy but they didn't get any response so they held my booking . Till 24th I made more than 50 calls and I sent 5 mails ...but till now no one ready to sort out my problem..I NEVER EVER SEEN THIS KIND OF WORST CAR INSURANCE COMPANY IN MY LIFE TIME Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

I sold my old car and goskippy don't want to insure...

I sold my old car and goskippy don't want to insure my new car which is toyota rav4 and said it is a high risk. People insure their belongings because of the risk that something might happen someday. these people want the insurance money and dont want the risk. I guess it is better to avoid goskippy insurance. Not Happy

When I was search in Google I found this company but I don't have any idea about this Insurance company totally fraud and cheating they created finance banck without my acknowledgement and asked me to pay certain amount I did how ever nature disaster my car was damaged and after several calls I got the calim even after settlement they keep posting me the letters and says I have some premium it's really make frustration. Avoid this shambles

Absolute joke of an organisation, renewal quote almost £200 higher than last year. Also almost £200 higher than they quoted as a new customer, attempted to get this sorted over the phone and frankly haven't heard anyone less interested in maintaining custom. Thought I'd email, stated same however I can check if eligible for a discount, call again. No not eligible, still not interested in matching their own quotation. I cannot imagine how bad the service would be if you legitimately needed them, I'll be paying more for an actual insurance organisation not this joke. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

This a - of worse company. Offered nice price but now when sold car They want charging me outstanding balance what is against agreement, after appeal trying blame me for accident and want more money. case to Police and Ombudsman. I recently had a frustrating experience with this insurance provider that I feel compelled to share. I attempted to change my car on my existing policy, but they outright refused to insure the new vehicle. Consequently, I had no choice but to cancel my policy, which resulted in an unexpected cancellation fee of £100 along with additional charges, leading to a total loss of £180 in just one month. Moreover, their policy dictates that refunds are processed only after a 28-day waiting period post-cancellation, which means they are holding onto my money for no valid reason. This lack of accountability is incredibly disappointing. Additionally, I found the customer service to be far from satisfactory. The representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, which only compounded my frustration. Overall, I strongly advise against using this insurance company. The lack of support, unreasonable fees, and poor customer service make it a choice I deeply regret. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your insurance needs. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please whatever you do do not use this insurance company. An amount was agreed through Vizion (The broker) Who told go Skippy the wrong amount, once I confirmed this with Vizion who admitted they were at fault they and I sent multiple emails to Go Skippy that were completely ignored. We are missing around £2000 and Go Skippy just pass you round different departments and wont actually confirm sending us the excess money. They are complete scammers.
