Very rude

This is the worst company I have dealt with told me all wrong information they cancelled my policy twice and took £1600 pound for 3months insurance would advise anyone not to use these people they are scamming people and the people behind this company are very rude false information was given a woman called shay has got really bad customer service how can you employ someone like this Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company! I’ve had nothing but issues with this car insurance provider. First off, their prices are extremely expensive, far higher than competitors for the same level of coverage. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare. On multiple occasions, I was stuck in a queue for over two hours, and when I finally got through, no one could actually help me—just endless transferring and vague responses. I took out a policy in January, paying an £800 deposit, but when I decided to cancel just a month later, they charged me an extra £100, despite only being insured for one month! There was no clear explanation, just more frustration. To make things worse, their system is confusing and difficult to navigate, making even basic tasks unnecessarily complicated. Overall, this company is a complete rip-off with terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs! Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

Shocking and unbelievable service

Sasa Mathiba • Booker and Cressex • 3m My son’s car was stolen by a neighbour last year August; he drove into a bridge and iit is a write off. The insurance; got you covered is refusing to pay cos they are waiting for the police report. The police said it could take 2-3 months cos they are waiting for cps. The dna was found on the airbags but insurers insist on the police report before they can progress with the claim. My son is still paying £234 monthly subs even though the car was a write off. We sent an official complaint and Cma has directed us to the insurance/ police. The police cannot produce the report because the perpetrator said no comments. We’re now stuck cos my son has no means of going to work etc. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

NOT Got You Covered!

The worst car insurance company I've ever tried to deal with. I got a quote from Money Supermarket, I had to call 'Not Got You Covered' to confirm the quote with them and spoken to two Roadmen who both appeared to neither want to be at work or deal with members of the public. Both of them told me to do the payment online and I explained that the website was saying I had to call up and pay over the phone. Neither of them were helpful and told me that they wouldn't insure me because I'm a Social Worker. I've never heard such discriminative bullsh*t in my life. Don't offer quotes that you can't uphold! Employ staff who want to work, who want to deal with members of the public and that can string sentences together. Reviewed on: 10th June 2023

Not professional

Poor phone service

I was on phone for 2 and half hours waiting, from customer No.14 and when it was mine turn to speak to the advisor,I was again transferred from the other departments, and I was customer No2,but it an hour with no response ,I had to drop my call and I was feeling really sad... Worst company ever

Extremely bad customer service I proceeded to give them a call as you cannot do the quote online, I had them saying they will call back which they didn’t so we proceeded to call back and had abit of a go and the person was laughing very bad DO NOT USE THEM Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Misrepresentation

On Go compare you are given a really good quote for car insurance but you have to ring them, then customer service goes through the details in a very hurried manner occasionally saying is that all ok then they ring off to “go check the details and quote” they then come back with a quote 3 times the original one ridiculous time wasters - do not use Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Totally miss sold

I took out unoccupied home insurance with this company in October for the total amount of £190 as the house in question was in the throes of being sold I only wanted to have cover for a short time but I was sold an annual policy for the said amount,I agreed to the quotation as I was categorically informed that when I was ready to cancel the policy I would only pay a cancellation fee of £35 and the remainder would be refunded pro rata, today I have been refunded a total of £33.This equates to a total of £157 for 2 months cover, avoid this company or read the small print.
