I have saving with gwcu for a long time .

I have saving with gwcu for a long time .I love saving with this company,I have to wait a few hours until I get my money which really makes me think if I really need it or not .so I seem to save better . There's great communication between me and gwcu .I have phoned in the past with queries and things were sorted out with no problem. Overall I'm very happy with the service. Efficient and evolving service

I have been a member for over 25 years and have experienced the growth from a small new neighbourhood credit union that I supported in the early days, to the regional one we have now. Over the years, I have taken out loans and have saved too. My experience of this credit union is one of efficiency, forward thinking with friendly support. Clear Communicators and Accessible Site

I've had absolutely no problems. Accessing my savings and setting up direct debits etc. is super easy and the company is very clear in its email communication about what's happening. I feel a lot better banking with them than a corporate bank because I know my money is being used responsibly. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2021

Always great service

I haii.ve voted higher marks for bristol credit union because they have always been fairair.
