Always great service

Have been using Bristol Credit Union since 2010 as a saver and borrower, online as well as over the phone. Cannot fault the service, always polite, swift and happy to go the extra mile talking through access problems. Reviewed on: 15th June 2021

Efficiently processed, quickly paid out, well communicated.

I'm a saver and recent short term borrower with the CU. Never any issues with saving, and my loan application was very efficiently processed with decent communication of the stumbling blocks that always crop up. Communication since (when necessary) has again been efficient despite the lockdown difficulties and I've been very pleased. Only constructive feedback is that the online provision could be better, with more available online with regard to amount currently owed, and payback details. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
