Halifax To The Rescue

I bank with the Halifax, I have a current account and an Everyday Saver account, which I opened because they have a monthly prize draw to win cash if you maintain a certain balance. I have only received exceptional customer service for both of my accounts, they are linked and I do most of my banking online. I would highly recommend the Halifax to bank with. Easy to use

Halifax are a trustworthy bank and banking with them is so easy to do online. I used to be with Santander but had so many problems with them. The customer service at Halifax is second to none. Reviewed on: 9th November 2017

Very easy to transfer

They didn't send me a paling in book or a cheque book. When I phoned to ask for a cheque book I was told I would have to visit a branch with my passport before I could order one. Not very happy Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
