Booked through the app for cruise insurance and was so happy with the price for gold cover and it’s annual which wasn’t much more than single trip for less cover with other sites Reviewed on: 30th April 2025

Phone everytime!

Good service when finally found a phone number. Tried to renew online. Struggled for days going round in circles; asked for help, but no response, so very frustrating. Such joy hearing a real voice and speaking to a well-informed lady who was helpful, respectful and polite. So it will be telephone calls to you in the future. Reviewed on: 29th April 2025
