Obtaining a quotation was straightforward. The medical screening was standard and no more onerous than it needed to be. The range of quotations was helpful and clearly explained. Hi, with a little help from Alanna, I was put through to Holly who listened, was polite and professional and took her time. She called me back as promised. There was an issue in the payment on 3 occasions but a solution was found and I paid via the Holiday extras app and all went through. Holly was most helpful and I ask that this ‘thanks’ be passed on to her. I will certainly recommend to others. I purchased Holiday Insurance and Car Parking during my calls yesterday.
