I had mistakenly deleted my travel insurance documents, and was very pleased and grateful to your fast response and provision of those documents in plenty of time for a booked trip I have in two weeks time. I needed to check something on my policy, I used on the online enquiry firm and received a response back within the hour. They were able to quickly give me the information I needed and tell me what I needed to do to resolve it. This again was quickly carried out with new documentation provided within an hour.
