Did not get advertised discount

The price came up at £97.59 less 15% but the 15% did not get taken off meaning I did not get the advertised discount! Reviewed on: 6th April 2025

Confusing product names and clunky app.

The link to this travel insurance product from our cruise line mentions Bronze, Silver and Gold cover but the link I eventually used from Confused.com refers to Classic to Elite. So, I didn't know if I was buying the current product or even from the correct company. The App is very slow and clunky. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

long-winded renewal process

It took around 20 minutes to renew my policy. I was asked the same questions several times and the payment process had to be repeated because ofa glich in the system, meaning I then had to check my bank to ensure I had not been charged twice. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
