Simple, friendly and impactful

InvestEngine are clearly trying to disrupt the industry. But they are doing so without compromising on customer experience- in fact, it seems to central to their strategy. Their customer service team is the most engaged, responsive and informative I’ve ever communicated with in this sector, and they’ve promptly allayed and resolved my issues and concerns during an ISA transfer. Saved my sipp when vanguard upped fees

I was a bit worried about my sip when vanguard announced they were stopping their low fees for smaller investors. InvestEngine has stood in and saved my sip from Oblivion so that's great and I'm very happy with their service so far. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Easy to use and cheap.

Easy to use and cheap. Everything is straightforward. I don’t mind about the relatively limited range as there is fair representation across the main investment categories and I can always use another platform for certain investments if necessary.
