Easy to navigate website and clear communication

Currently transferring an ISA but the website is easy to navigate and communication has been very good. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Great interest and cashback

Nice to have interest and cashback on a current account. Not many banks offer this, let alone without a monthly fee. It helps make your money go a lot further. The only negative is that occasionally payments are suspended due to unplanned maintenance. This is still quite rare but much more common than with other banks. This could easily create some problems if it happens at the wrong time for some people. I don't think this issue is as common as it was a year ago, so it seems they have improved the reliability.
