Simple, friendly and impactful

InvestEngine are clearly trying to disrupt the industry. But they are doing so without compromising on customer experience- in fact, it seems to central to their strategy. Their customer service team is the most engaged, responsive and informative I’ve ever communicated with in this sector, and they’ve promptly allayed and resolved my issues and concerns during an ISA transfer. The fact that they have achieved all of this while offering the lowest management fees in the market is truly impressive. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Low fees and great customer support

I’ve switched to InvestEngine recently from Vanguard. I’ve been a Vanguard customer for 5 years but the introduction of a £4 a month fee for small investors has put me off. InvestEngine’s app has a great design and a wider selection of funds. The platform fees are very competitive and I like that you can set a percentage allocation for your funds when you invest. Their customer service has been great. I tried to sign up with a referral link to get a welcome bonus but didn’t do it correctly. I contacted them and they responded almost immediately and applied the bonus to my account retrospectively. They’ve been so good, I have recommended them to all my family and friends, it’s a shame I didn’t start investing with them sooner! Reviewed on: 1st February 2025

Low Cost, Great Ease, Super UI/UX

The UI/UX is extremely good. There are plenty of options to choose from. Most importantly, the no fee DIY ISA is the greatest feature. Reviewed on: 1st February 2025

An excellent investment platform

Nothing bad to say about IE, my experience has been overall very positive and they offer a useful platform. Investing is a simple process, which pushes me to invest more. They offer a variety of options to invest in, while also offering great prices. Can’t go into too much detail since I haven’t learnt in-depth about investing. Reviewed on: 1st February 2025
