I received what I would undoubtedly call a professional, efficient and excellent customer service provided by an outstanding travel insurance company. They picked up my call immediately listening to my requirements providing various quotations, being readily available to answer follow up questions and generally going the extra mile to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Excellent from start to finish

I phoned for a travel insurance quote and the lady who I dealt with was excellent. She was efficient and patient, repeating when necessary, and helpful when I wasn’t sure how to answer. very helpful staff

First time using this company for travel insurance. We decided to go with annual policy due to me having pre med conditions. Holly the advisor was very helpful and tolerant lol. She explained everything very clearly and bless her had to repeat herself due to my hearing problem. I'm not a massive fan of doing this sort of stuff online or over the phone but the advisor made it as painless as possible. I would recommend this company for travel insurance.
