Block my account for no reason

I transfer money from my business account to this personal account. I open with this bank soon. The money arrive the account go under review and block my account for no reason trying to explanation no explanation no help and every time I ask saying the account under review. Excellent!! Simple, yet effective!!

I was drawn to it because of it’s full banking code, best in class current account interest rates and full banking code. Opening up and using app was simple and fast. Everything I need is on screen accessible. It’s environmentally conscious too. if there was a way to use a separate password for the app instead of the system phone password or Face ID, it would ease my security concerns (however not all companies offer it so Kroo is in same boat) Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
