Avoid this bank

Kroo froze my savings account with no discernable change in how I used my account and no violation of its terms and conditions. It delayed its response and resolution with very little communication after I provided a prompt response to its frankly intrusive request for information. Internet research indicates this happens to Kroo customers with concerning regularity. Reviewed on: 25th January 2026

Clear & simple to use App

App is clear and easy to use without the 'corporate' feel of other banking apps. Customer service has been excellent whenever I've needed to contact them. Friendly & informative and did what they said they'd do. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
