Excellent customer service and value.

Excellent customer service, often rapid replies to text queries over the app, and provides quick queues via phone. Plus, the transparency is top notch, as well as often giving amazing rates for interest without having to lock money into accounts where you can't access it later. Never had a single problem, always felt respected, and valued. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
