Worst insurance ever

Hi, my experience with loveitcoverit is worst. They are not even responding to my emails it's been so many days still I am waiting for response from them and it's been 4 months still waiting for replacement. What kind of service is this. OH MY GOD it's really frustrating and not worth again to have insurance with them. I will not recommend any one to this. I don't know when I will receive device. DO NOT USE - Firstly I made a claim on a phone I had lost, paying £100 excess. The replacement phone arrived and shortly after I realised the phone was slow and the camera had issues. I then questioned whether the phone was second hand and was told the phone is a grade A refurb, however I would have to say this was not the case since the phone was not working properly. Avoid at all cost

They will find an excuse not to get your phone fixed by an authorised repair expert. They will ask you to pay a £100+ “Excess Fee” only to get your phone fixed by a 3rd party. Why bother with insurance when you can pay £100 to get the same service on the high street? It’s just a money making scheme. They would say anything to get you signed up but are very useless when it comes to providing the service they promised. Keep your insurance premium and save yourself the headache. ... AVOID - AVOID - AVOID - AVOID ALL TIME I have no option apart from writing this review to let other people know how this company will deal with you when you are trying to make a claim when something happens to your gadget. I took out my Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max insurance with this company about 6 months ago and recently went out in London and I lost my phone in a taxi on my way home. Every obstacle not to pay - absolutely terrible customer service

I accidentally dropped my i phone into my fish pondwhilst cleaning the pond of leaves and it "died" Having paid the Fonesure premium for 34 months - I thought claiming should be easy. However they insisted on having original purchase documents to support the claim. Unfortunately I had to send them to Fonesure when I took out the policy - they never sent them back.
