Efficient, stress free claims.

I have had to claim for both of my pets, one a significant amount. Many Pets really have been amazing. The direct claim option means that my vet dealt with ManyPets directly, and I could relax knowing it was taken care of. To have the financial burden taken care of, in an already stressful time, is very reassuring. Claims were paid quickly and I am more than happy with my experience with ManyPets. Complete peace of mind and reliability.

As a result of not needing to make a claim for my 2 dogs I received an Amazon voucher and a % return on my premiums paid for the previous year. Most welcome and paid exactly as informed. Although premiums continue to increase year on year- as they do for other insurers- I feel confident that were I to make a claim it would be dealt with as efficiently which gives me peace of mind knowing my precious members of the family are covered.
