Metrobank Service

We have great customer service from Metrobank, they are always happy to see us and work with us to help us achieve what we need to from them. They are always very personable and it feels like a real community when we go into their branch. They seem to have the knack of finding really great team members who are always there to support customers. They are very active in the community and are our 'go-to' team to help other businesses. Excellent service.

I’ve been in business for myself or with the family business for 45 years. It’s scares me to think of it like that! I used to be a high street bank user, but changes to Metro on the recommendation of my finance broker. I’ve honestly never looked back. It’s always open. They always smile!
