Delightful experience

Hi, I just want to state that I had a delightful experience opening a Bank Account for our organization called Fraternity Without Borders UK. The service was offered in a very quick and efficient way and to deal with all members of staff was a very different and good experience compared with other banks in London. Mr. Ahmed Noor , one of the Customer Service Representative at Tottenham Court Road brunch was very straightforward and gave us a good experience in order to make the whole process very simples. We are very very happy with the way he dealt with us and will definitely recommend this bank to everyone. Please, pass my special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Noor. Waste of time

Metrobank advertise everything being done quickly in store. It wasn't. Took hours sat in store answering questions. Was constantly back and forth as they made mistakes with my application. The time taken to open an account with Lloyds was shorter and all done online at home. Setting up online banking has to be done in store?! Queueing in store is a waste of time without a ticketing system. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2017

7 days to not open an account!

Reading the previous reviews, I eonder how many are employed by the company? 7 days ago, we went in-branch to register a business account!!! I have had zero contact from the bank without my chasing for an answer? £20k deposit, no overdraft or cards, no FX, no services requested so Insuppose we got what we asked for!!! NO SERVICE!!!! Will stop the account application tomorrow with immediate effect. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

They left my business account opened when I closed and I have the paper and now I am with negative number

I went to the holborn office, I requested to be closed, they transfered the money to another personal account in another bank, and they got wrong or something, I didnt receive anything, and after 3 weeks... I received the tipical email, you have the latest statement.. I entered in the app and the money was in negative because they took the commission from every month, I have sent 5 online forms, and no one contacted me. At least I am happy because I requested a paper about the closing, and I left the country definitely , I hope the worst bank where I have deposited my money answers me now , [email protected], Reviewed on: 13th July 2017

No customer service

I was trying to open a business bank account and every time I call (after visiting a branch already) I receive different information, I have no idea if the account is open or not. For me "customer service" is help me on my needs, not give a big smile when I'm in their branch and then forget about me. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2016

Shocking Bank

Shocking - i was looking for a place to write a review Been with the bank for 6 months. They cant set up Payees on line. The charges are incorrect most months and the online phone APP would be better having a crayon and stone as its non where close to the Barclays app. Its a shame i got all my customers over to the bank as it takes a lot of time to change banks and advise clients. but soon i will be ride of this backward organization. it wont be long before they are gone.
