Higher then others interest rates

It’s disgusting to still keep high interest rates when other lenders are lowering to help customers. They are taking advantage of the situation. Reviewed on: 25th November 2023

Terrible service, stay away and go somewhere else

These people can't even add up 4 plus 4 and get it right. They messed up my mortgage figures adding debt to my outstanding mortgage balance that I don't ow them and giving out conflicting information on the phone and in letters. I was promised a call back within a certain time to sort out the confusing matters which did not happen, nor was I told the call back was being postponed because they don't know themselves what is going. I found out because in the end I called them. Altogether totally untrustworthy. Reviewed on: 26th July 2023

Mortgage renewal info joke

Terrible time trying to get mortgage renewal info, how hard is it to email the info? Very according to metro. Not everyone wants to spend time speaking in the phone. Not helpful, not accessible to all, not recommended Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
