The Money grows, but no heavy farmwork involved

Took advantage of the special opportunity to have 10 % guaranteed cash return after 6 months. This was reassuring as the Russian invasion of Ukraine had just occurred and markets were unstable. I had to do a recent withdrawal, more rapidly than a condom- less youth, for a medical bill. However, my stake was virtually preserved and the extra 10% really helped. Ideally, I would like to make another deposit when the times are right. Reviewed on: 9th June 2023

Incorrect and incomplete consolidated tax certificates

The annual consolidated tax certificate provided by Moneyfarm for GIA accounts contains incorrect and incomplete information. It is incorrect because it fails to account for capital gains tax rules when selling and buying back shares within the same 30 day period. It is incomplete because it does not include details of "excess reportable income" which every GIA hold needs to report on their tax return. Moneyfarm customer service team kindly offered to calculate and provide this information. However, they did not calculate it correctly (failing to follow the actual tax rules for how this is calculated). They had 3 attempts at getting it right and each time I had to explain to them why their calculations were incorrect. Eventually I gave up and calculated it myself. It takes several hours of effort to calculate this. Every Moneyfarm GIA customer needs to do this. In comparison, other "do it all for your" portfolio management platforms calculate and provide this information correctly. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

They have a great platform for me to view my investm...

They have a great platform for me to view my investments which is transparent and easy ways to access speaking to an advisor or getting support. Transferring money is easy both ways. I’ve been using them for a couple of years now and in comparison to other investment companies they are better. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Moneyfarm gets a 10/10 for me!

Moneyfarm is incredibly easy to set up and use. I appreciate the regular updates on my portfolio as well as insight into relevant industry news. I very much feel that my money is in safe hands. I've been with money farm for a number of years now...
